I'm a PhD student at the University of South Carolina, studying Political Science.  My focus is on International Relations (major field) and Comparative Politics (minor field).  I'm also an experienced teacher with a passion for active learning and engaging classroom experiences. In my spare time I design simulations for class and for board gaming. On the side I teach, coach debate, and read science fiction.
